Jurassic World: Dominion is Officially Ready, Director Confirms
Written by Chris BaxterColin Trevorrow, Jurassic World: Dominion director, claims that the movie has finally been completed after a lengthy process due to the coronavirus pandemic. This movie is the third, and most likely, the final installment of the Jurassic World franchise.
Jurassic World: Dominion began filming in early 2020. However, it was soon shut down due to the pandemic. After many starts and stops, Jurassic World 3 is finally done and is currently scheduled to premiere in June 2022.
The movie’s plot is still being kept under wraps. However, we know that this movie will kick off after 2018’s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom which halted with dinosaurs running wild in the human world. Jurassic World 3 is led by Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas, joined by Laura Dern, Neill, and Jeff Goldblum.
Trevorrow has kept fans in the loop in regard to Jurassic World 3’s progress in production and he took to social media to reveal that it has finally come to an end.
‘Last night we put the last bit of reverb on the last roar. Thanks to Al Nelson, Gwen Whittle, Pete Horner, Chris Boyes, and everyone at Skywalker Sound for putting so much heart and soul into our mix for #JurassicWorldDominion. It is alive.’
The Jurassic World franchise has gained its popularity throughout the years, with the first movie ever debuting in 1993, following other successes such as The Lost World: Jurassic Park in 1997 and Jurassic Park III in 2001, amongst others. With its popularity, Jurassic Park made its way to clothing merchandise, amusement park rides, and action figures. We can even see its traces in online slots like Jurassic Island II and Jurassic Park, which can be found on some of the major casinos that are known to offer the best online slots.
Although the movie has to wait its fair share of months to debut on the big screens, the knowledge that Jurassic World: Dominion is closed is a sigh of relief to both director and fans! We’re now waiting on official teasers and more information on the movie! More promotional materials will now start to come out in anticipation of its big release in 2022.
Jurassic World: Dominion is surely being eagerly anticipated both because of its new dinosaur hook, its possible solution to the dinosaurs vs. birds dilemma, and the returns of the Jurassic Park cast. We think that the sooner more is revealed about it, the better.
