This documentary catches two of the great names in the history of rock & roll jamming together. Former Beatle Paul McCartney teams up with his old friend Carl Perkins, of "Honey Don't" and "Blue Suede Shoes" fame, when they rendezvous backstage at the Memphis Bowl in 1993. The Beatles were great admirers of Perkins, and recorded a number of his songs. McCartney finds it quite a thrill to commune musically with the Tennessee legend. The program captures their music and camaraderie in this candid look at two of the giants of rock & roll.
